Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Junior Sales team member will support the sales cycle by identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and presenting technology and cybersecurity solutions under the guidance of senior sales staff. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via phone, email, and meetings, preparing basic sales materials, updating the CRM system, and coordinating with technical and marketing teams. The role also involves assisting with product demonstrations, participating in client meetings, and following up on inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. The position offers opportunities for structured training, mentorship, and growth into more senior sales responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and basic deal support, with a willingness to learn structured sales processes.
- Ability to participate in Training and apply guidance from mentors, with an interest in developing long-term Sales Management capabilities.
- Interest or basic knowledge in Technology Solutions and Cyber Security, with a readiness to learn product and industry specifics.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools (or willingness to learn); prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; fluency in English and Vietnamese is preferred.
