JOB DESCRIPTION
- Actively and independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation, and closure.
- Participate in the planning, formulation, coordination and execution of sales and marketing activities
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Propose sales strategies to improve sales performance in Amazon market place and the responsible market
- Prepare sales analysis and reporting
- Assist with ad hoc project when assigned
- Be accountable for handling end-to-end sales cycle from pre-sales to post-sales processes including customer visits, presentation, tender, quotation, proposal, delivery and invoicing in a timely manner
- Work closely with technical lab managers and technicians to understand client needs and design customized testing programs (e.g., product compliance, material verification, regulatory testing).
- Ensure all client and prospect information, activities, and communication notes are accurately recorded in the company's CRM system
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree holder.
- 1 years experience, ideally within Toys industry , or children products or Amazon selling.
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
- Good in English or Mandarin Chinese language is a plus.
- Able to work schedules that align with target market
- High energy, curiosity, and a demonstrated desire to pursue a career in sales.
- Ambitious to work in a fast-growing environment with the opportunity to take managerial role.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects
