KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Plan, conceptualize, and design promotional materials and event assets, including posters, catalogs, flyers, print advertisements, backdrops, banners, and other online and offline communication materials.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and align with the approved concept, direction, and brand standards.
- Manage and maintain brand identity consistency across all marketing materials and documents.
- Oversee the design process to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Handle image editing and monitor printing quality for approved design outputs.
- Support the design and development of materials for various marketing initiatives.
- Manage and act as Art Manager for marketing projects, including photo and video shoots, ensuring creative consistency, visual direction, and alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Possess video editing skills to support digital marketing campaigns and multimedia content production.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
- Assist in event execution to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.
- Provide support to the marketing team on ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate communication concepts into professional visuals and products.
- Knowledge of advertising, marketing, and branding, especially in the fashion industry.
- Over 1 year of experience in 2D/3D graphic design. Preference given to candidates with retail design experience.
- Proficient in graphic design and editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-disciplined, and eager to learn.
