Role Description

We are hiring 2 full-time, on-site Junior Associates role based in Hanoi. The Junior Associates will be responsible for assisting senior team members with legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing briefs and case strategies, and attending client meetings. Additional responsibilities include maintaining proper documentation, liaising with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, drafting, and document preparation skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in creating clear and concise legal briefs
• Strong command of English (and Chinese is a plus)
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Law, with a preference for candidates enthusiastic about our tech and data practice
• Prior experience or internships in corporate or commercial law is a plus
• High level of initiative, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines
