Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qun G Vp. We are seeking a detail-oriented AP & AR Accountant to join our Finance team. This role supports daily accounting operations related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Fresh graduates with a solid foundation in accounting are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process and verify supplier invoices and supporting payment documents.
• Prepare bank payment instructions and ensure timely execution of payments.
• Monitor accounts payable balances and assist in preparing payment proposals.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Issue VAT invoices in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Reconcile revenue and accounts receivable with the Sales/Business team.

General Accounting Support

• Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents and records.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic accounting and financial reports.
• Support the Chief Accountant with daily accounting tasks and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or part-time accounting experience (advantage).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and VAT regulations.
• Good command of using English (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and able to work effectively in a team.
