Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM 9:00 PM (including 1-hour break)

About the Role
RBA Vietnam is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our Accounting Services - Foreign Clients team. You will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and support services for a foreign client based in Switzerland, under the guidance of the Accounting Manager.

What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international accounting services firm.
- Overseas education or prior international work experience is highly valued.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English across all 4 skills.
- Solid understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Eleven).
- Ability to analyze financial data and deliver accurate, well-structured reports.

What You Will Do
Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports according to international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in general ledger entries and financial documentation.
Client Support:
- Work closely with clients to understand their accounting needs.
- Provide timely support on financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for accounting-related queries from clients.
Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Perform data entry for AR, AP to accounting software
- Perform account/bank reconciliations.
Payroll:
- Assist with payroll administration;
- Declare Social Insurance, submit Tax filling, etc.
Compliance & Taxation:
- Assist with tax filings (CIT, GST) in line with regulations.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documents.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
