(Junior) Accountant

Role Overview:

An accountant is responsible for the daily execution of financial transactions, bank-related processes, and document management. This role serves as the primary point of contact for banking operations and ensures that all payments, invoices, and filings are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter transactions: Cash transactions / Bank transactions/ AR/AP; check and reconcile bank statement.
• Cashier in HCM office.
• Prepare accounts payable transactions every Thursday: payment documents.
• Prepare payments to overseas.
• Banking process: opening/closing bank accounts, advance guarantee documents, bank-related paperwork, payment documents for both HCM and HN offices.
• Issue invoices to all clients (including both HCM and HN offices).
• Filing accounting document / client documents/ vendors documents.
• Support documents to Auditors, Tax Department.
• Assist Chief Accountant/ Senior accountant with accounting-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Over 6-month experience in accounting, finance, audit and related field (Open for fresher)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Dynamic, ambitious, detail- and results-oriented, with a can-do attitude.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Able to communicate in English.
