Rakuten FinTech Vietnam Co., Ltd.is the company, which was established in 2021, and the subsidiary of Rakuten Card, which is one of the biggest credit card company in Japan. Our mission is to develop internal system and mission-critical system for Rakuten Card and FinTech group companies to contribute to FinTech business growth, also to provide attractive environment for talented engineers in both Vietnam and Japan.
Position: This position will have responsibility to develop Web application, Web API and more for our Fintech services such as Rakuten Card, Rakuten Pay, Rakuten Bank etc.
Responsibilities:
Solve IT related requests directly from staffs
Computer setup and reset including OS installation, initial setup for Rakuten environment
Maintain company network including LAN and WAN (basic maintenance is provided by Rakuten global IT support team, main responsibility on this point is to support physical action, contact point for them)
Support IT related matter for internal and external events such as meeting, seminar, workshop
Regular inspection of office equipment such as printers, projectors, conference phones, etc.
Daily maintenance of Internal system such as access control, monitoring system, attendance etc. to ensure normal operation (user management (registration, deletion, update), log management etc.)
IT service related operation (initial setting, user management, log management)
Create / update the document about IT environment including setting
Create / update IT manual or guideline
Support office expansion, layout change, office relocation etc. from IT viewpoint (contact point of IT related matter)
Streamline and improve day-to-day IT operation
Work with IT Support team in India, APAC and Japan side
New joiner support (initial setup)
Requirements:
Must have:
Have experience in IT support or helpdesk, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrable expertise in PC lifecycle management, including imaging, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and macOS devices.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
Ensure all end-user devices comply with company security policies and standards
Be able to use English via email and communicate at a level that can well-understand, explain, communicate with Rakuten Global IT Team (from India, Singapore, Japan etc.).
Ability to take an action upon his/her own initiative (think, plan, proceed by him/herself)
Organized and proactive
Self-aware, and active in continuous professional self-development
Logical thinking, logical speaking skill
Proficient in MS Office products
Nice to have:
Computer Network operation and trouble shooting experience
Goal setting and issue/problem solving skill
Work experience in global company
