Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role.
The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining desktop computer systems.
Responsibilities also include assisting with help desk support, ensuring smooth IT operations, and addressing user inquiries to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Good knowledge on ticketing and monitoring tools
- Relevant certifications in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) and prior experience in a similar role are advantageous
- The engineer needs to support end user based on the ServiceNow tickets, on demand request which comes from Customer (Email, Phone Call...)
- Offer Customer Service, Problem-Solve Computer Issues, Provide Hardware and Application Support, Install Software Upgrades, Create and Maintain Documentation
- Strong knowledge of Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
- Experience in Help Desk Support for end-users
- Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on-site and collaborate with team members
- Familiarity with IT hardware maintenance and upgrades is beneficial
- Effective communication in English
