KEY FUNCTIONS:
Technical Support
- Provide first-level technical support, resolve issues related to IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to service requests and incidents, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
System and Equipment Management
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, ensure proper setup and functioning of computers, printers, and network devices.
- Assist with user account management, set up new accounts and manage access permissions.
Maintenance and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions, use the IT service management system for documentation.
- Conduct routine maintenance and updates, ensure optimal performance of IT systems.
Project Support and Training
- Assist in the implementation and support of IT projects, follow directions from the IT Manager.
- Provide training and guidance to employees, help users understand IT systems and software usage.
Inventory and Compliance
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment, ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- Follow IT policies and procedures, ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT software applications.
- Experience with IT service management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
