Coordinate audit-related tasks such as ensuring the readiness of IT Projects and the Organization for audit testing, responses to external & internal audit findings and regulatory audits/ inspections related to general computer controls deficiencies and remediation
Manage Incident Management and work collaboratively with Risk and Legal teams
Develop and maintain enterprise wide security strategy and Information Security Policies
Ensure operational processes and policy are in accordance and operate sound security processes over the FinTech&aposs network, infrastructure and endpoints high risk centralized data processing
Provide vision, direction and guidance on solutions to technical challenges
Advise on best tools, processes, practices and standards to ensure effective and efficient security tools / capabilities
Analyzes workflows, staffing, incident management and related metrics to improve efficiency
Provides guidance and helps enforce escalation procedures to ensure that security incidents are appropriately assigned and that all necessary communication guidelines are followed
Implementing security best practices, including automated compliance checks and secure code deployment
KEY REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Knowledge of programming languages like Python, PHP, or Java, and scripting languages like Bash
Cloud platform expertise: Experience with AWS, and one of Local Cloud Providers (CMC, VNG, Viettel, FPT) for managing scalable infrastructure
Experienced in implementing ISO standards (ex: ISO27001) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure proper teamwork
Willingness to embrace continuous learning and adoption of new tools
Degree in IT, computer network or related field.
