Job Description

We are looking for potential IT-Project Specialist // Sales Executive positions to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for hunting new customers and build good relationships with them to exploit any chance to sell the solutions/ networks & services (after getting our full training of IT-project Sales skills and the IT solutions).

As a Senior Sales Executive, you should work to satisfy customers needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have basic communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute in the Sales Team's growth by building successful, long-term client relationships, and to meet your annual sales goals / GP target. You will report to the Sales Manager and /or Sales Director.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients through continuous visits and calls
  • Sells our networks / services including Active and passive network projects, hardware products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions
  • Reach potential customers through cold calling, face- to- face meetings and through web-mail applications
  • Solve the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply the manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services and make sales pipeline on due date
  • Work with our Admin /Project assistance Team & dealing together with the Manufacturers/ Suppliers to obtain the best prices for us.
  • Follow up with the collection team and logistics team and for illustrating the due date.
  • Update all the active and maintain the details on the Client Relationship Management
  • Create new opportunities with customers and new forecasting with the new customers and existing customers.
  • Open new deals and close old deals with new or existing customers.
  • Provide the customers with new quotations and negotiate them with the customers.
  • Follow up with the customers after the sales and service.
  • Prepare all the tenders documents and follow up the deadlines of the tenders (together with other Teams support).
  • Handle all the operation process inside the company end – to – end process.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers (with Sales Manager's training & support)
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
  • Prepare and negotiate financial offers to the customers as closing the deals;
  • Follow-up with the client till the closure of the sales cycle.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology/ technical Project sales in at least 3 years upward. (Prioritized for those who have IT sales experiences in System integration and network infrastructure)
  • Good enough in English communication.
  • College / University degree in business administration, economy, or sales-related fields from recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated for sales.
  • Creativity.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to learn quickly about the IT solutions & IT market
