Job Description

About the team:

Corporate IT is the backbone of our business. Our team helps the company to develop a competitive advantage through defining our technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising technical solutions that help us achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements. As a part of our team, you'll help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our internal employees by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks, and reliable IT systems.

Own day-to-day IT operations for Vietnam sites, acting as the bridge between local business teams, Corporate IT, and vendors. Ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT services, while driving continuous improvement and clear stakeholder communication.

Job Description:

Service Delivery & End-User Support

  • Handle joiner/mover/leaver processes, device imaging, and access provisioning.

Infrastructure Operations

  • Support office/site networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) and endpoint management (MDM/patching).
  • Assist with identity & access (AD/Azure AD/Okta/SSO), printers, and meeting room tech.

Monitoring, Incident & Problem Management

  • Proactively monitor health dashboards; run playbooks;
  • Conduct RCAs, track problem records, and prevent repeat incidents.

Change, Projects & Rollouts

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to land new tools and process improvements.

Governance, Security & Compliance

  • Enforce corporate IT policies/standards; support audits and access reviews.
  • Keep documentation/runbooks/KB articles current and accurate.

Asset Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory/CMDB for devices, licenses, and spares.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide timely updates on service status, risks, and deliverables to business owners.

Requirement:

  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related.
  • Experience: 23 years in IT Operations/Service Delivery in a medium-to-large organization.
  • Technical Skills (hands-on):
  • Windows & macOS support; basic Linux exposure a plus.
  • Identity & collaboration platforms (AD/Azure AD/Okta; O365/Google Workspace).
  • ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira); basic scripting (PowerShell/Python) is an advantage.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong ownership, prioritization, and time management in fast-paced environments.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management; vendor coordination.
  • Analytical/problem-solving mindset; results oriented; high attention to detail.
  • Language: Excellent Vietnamese and professional English (spoken & written).
  • Nice to Have (Preferred): ITIL Foundation, CCNA, AZ-104/AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA (A+/Network+/Security+).

Working Conditions:

  • On-site support at offices/sites; occasional after-hours maintenance and on-call rotation.
  • Willingness to travel domestically at short notice.
