We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Security Senior Specialist to ensure the stability, security, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure across onpremises and cloud environments.
This role acts as a senior technical authority (L3), supporting daily operations, leading complex incident resolution, and working closely with internal teams and vendors to align with Group IT standards and security policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, virtualization, networks, cloud platforms, and enduser computing.
- Act as L3 escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents; perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery testing.
- Administer AD / Entra ID (Hybrid), DNS, DHCP, GPO, VPN, and collaboration platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365).
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, optimization initiatives, and endoflife (EoL) replacements.
- Monitor infrastructure and cloud services to ensure availability, performance, and cost effectiveness.
- Manage and operate information security controls and compliance activities (ISO standards, data protection regulations).
- Support internal and external audits, risk assessments, and remediation tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, MSSP/SOC, and mentor junior team members.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Information Technology or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise systems, networking, and cloud environments including over 1 years in IT Security and Compliance.
- Strong technical foundation in servers, virtualization, networking, security controls, and cloud platforms.
- Certifications in networking, security, virtualization, or cloud are a plus.
- Strong problemsolving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Technical English (reading & writing).
