Job Purpose:
Ricoh is looking for a motivatedIT Business Analystto join ourConsulting & Implementationteam. In this role, you will serve as a key bridge betweenclient business requirementsandtechnology solutionsbuilt on ECM/DMS platforms.
You will work closely with Sales Consultants, Technical Teams, and enterprise clients to analyze business processes, design automation workflows, and support solution implementation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong career foundation inDigital Transformation,Workflow Automation, andEnterprise Content Management (ECM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis:Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Tech Leads in client meetings to gather requirementsregardingdocument digitization and business workflows.
- Process Modeling:Translate business requirements into clear, logical process diagrams (Flowcharts/BPMN) and system specification documents (SRS/FRD).
- Solution Consulting:Propose automation flows on the ECM/DMS platform based on industry Best Practices (training will be provided).
- Implementation Support:Coordinate with the deployment team to ensure the solution is built strictly according to the agreed-upon business requirements.
- UAT & Training:Draft user manuals, collaborate with the implementation team to build User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, and support End-user training.
Job Requirements:
- Experience:13 years of experience as a BA, preferably in Software, ERP, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Mindset:Strong logical thinkingregardingsystems and processes (System & Process mindset).
- Tools:Proficiencyin process mapping tools (Visio,Lucidchart, Bizagi, Draw.io, etc.).
- Language:Good English reading and comprehension skills for technical documentation (Good verbal communication is a significant advantage).
- PlusPoints:Basic understanding of ECM, DMS, No-Code Platforms, or corporate operational processes (Accounting, Procurement, HR, etc.).
