ABOUT THE JOB
- Define product strategy and roadmap for real estate and commercial domains
- Analyze user behavior and operational data to guide product decisions
- Propose and implement feature improvements to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with business units (operations, sales, marketing) to gather requirements and prioritize features
- Prepare clear BRD, PRD, and SRS documentation for development teams
- Participate in product testing and quality assessment, recommending continuous improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Data, UX/UI, QC) to ensure timely project delivery
- Present product results and effectiveness to management.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
- Experience in the domain of real estate, commercial, retail, fintech, or large-scale digital products is a big plus
- Skilled in writing BRD, PRD, SRS, managing backlogs and user stories
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, API, mobile app, and web platform technologies
- Proven experience in user data analysis and proficiency with BI/analytics tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate across departments and manage multiple projects.
