Job Summary
Responsible for in-process quality control (IPQC) during production to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product inspections and testing during the production process in accordance with quality control plans and specifications.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming products, and assist in the analysis of root causes.
- Monitor production line operations to ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
- Participate in defect analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and calibrate inspection and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Report quality issues, abnormalities, and concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Assist with other quality-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IPQC or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with the use of quality inspection tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to read and understand English technical documents is preferred.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts in line with production schedules.
- Strong cost-consciousness and awareness of operational efficiency.
