In line with our continuous growth, we invite suitably qualified and self-motivated individuals to join our Private Equity team at our Vietnam office.

Job Purpose

• This role supports senior staff in identifying and analyzing investments and working to create value in our portfolio companies

Job Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1.Deal Judgement (Analysis)

• Build accurate Financial Model linked to value drivers with operating KPIs
• Able to prepare well-written, succinct presentation materials (Deal alerts, IC decks) on areas given
• Conduct the market research to determine the competitive dynamic and assess the company growth potential

2. Value Creation (Analysis Support & Control)

• Key person to implement controls / DOA / cash flow monitoring / KPI/budget
• Provide Analytical support for decision making
• Proactive updating of Senior Deal team on Co's matters

3. Exit (Analysis Support)

• Assist in Exit analysis preparation
• Build financial model for sell / hold analysis and prepare model for IM
• Assist in document collection / preparation for data room (working with junior members of the advisory team & management team)

Requirements

• Has a minimum of 3 years investment analyst experience with an international or top tier firm
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and construct complex financial models
• Proven ability to contribute and achieve in a team-oriented environment
• Degree in accountancy, finance or equivalent, with excellent academic results; CFA or MBA graduates would be considered for senior positions.
• Good command of English
• Good command of other SE Asian languages is an added
• Integrity, commitment, initiative and a sense of humour
