Inventory Network Strategy & Solution - Operations, Shopee

• Drive analysis on inventory flows and stock positioning across multiple warehouses nationwide
• Own defined workstreams within supply-demand planning, including stock allocation and inventory depth analysis per warehouse
• Monitor inventory health KPIs (%ATP, DOH/DOC, black stock, inbound/outbound balance) and proactively identify issues
• Use data and logical thinking to structure problems, design solutions, and drive execution
• Work closely with Operations, BI, and Commercial teams to deliver inventory optimization initiatives
• Gradually take on higher ownership and decision-making responsibility as you grow into a lead role

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, supply chain, analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to break down complex problems and structure clear solutions
• Ability to connect the dots across data, operations, and business context
• Resilient and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Open-minded and adaptable, with a strong willingness to challenge existing ways of working and drive change
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data and KPIs
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, warehouse operations, or multi-region supply chains
• Exposure to supply-demand planning, inventory optimization, or network-related topics
• Experience working in cross-functional projects
• Strong Excel / SQL / BI skills.
