Reconcile inventory reports from monthly self-checks by the warehouse with book inventory data, investigating the causes of any discrepancies.
Conduct periodic physical inventory counts in all warehouses according to regulations, consolidating the physical count data from all warehouses with book inventory data.
Verify the costing of inventory.
Verify postings for documents related to sample stock issuances and write-offs.
Provide the cost of goods to be written off upon request from QA/QC.
Perform batch changes in the system as requested by the warehouse department.
2. Bank Accountant:
Verify input invoices and supporting documents, and record service fees in the system.
Perform additional accounting tasks as required by the department head and the chief accountant.
Requirements:
Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting or Auditing.
At least 4 years of work experience in Inventory Accounting and Bank Accounting roles.
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Conversational English proficiency.
Honest, meticulous, able to plan timelines, and possesses good organizational and logical arrangement skills.
Ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills.
