- Understand production process, product spec, production technology, machine, operation method, quality, food safety, labor safety.
- Report on how to: control quality, yield, loss, cost in production. Define bottle neck, element affect to quality, food safety, labpr safety and how to improve.
- Requirements: Majoring in Food Technology/ Food Science/ Mechanical Engineering; Good English
2)Production Intern Machine & Production Optimization Tien Nga, Dong Nai
- Study technology related to product, product spec, machine, operation method, control yield, loss, requirement for food safety, labor safety.
- Report on how to: capacity, productivity. Define bottle neck and how to improve
- Requirements: Majoring in technical or quality-related fields
3) Production Intern Capex & SMED Optimization Long Thanh, Dong Nai
- Support Capex project execution and documentation for production upgrades, monitoring cost, saving, and productivity improvements.
- Support SMED implementation on production lines (ICA, Pakona, Roasting) by assisting with documentation, standardizing changeover, and monitoring results.
- Coordinate production-side project activities with Maintenance, ensuring document control, timeline adherence, and proposing cleaning process improvements.
- Requirements: Engineering or Industrial Management background; Good English
4) Operation Excellence Intern Packing Line Productivity Long Thanh, Dong Nai
- Collect and analyze Packing line production data to identify inefficiencies.
- Analyze data to find root causes and propose solutions for improving labor productivity.
- Support the implementation of Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives for process enhancement.
- Requirements: Background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields; Good English

- Apply operation excellence to optimize packing line efficiency.

6) Automation & Process Intern Digital Sorting Tien Nga, Dong Nai
- Analyze input and output of the new Digital Sorting line to balance material flow and minimize Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory.
- Understand the operational principles of digital sorters and develop an autonomous maintenance plan.
- Requirements: Electrical Instrumentation or Electronics or relevant background; Good English
7) Automation Intern Energy Efficiency Long Thanh, Dong Nai
- Together with Electric team, collect and list electric consumption for all plant equipment
- Suggesting ways to reduce electric consumption

8) Maintenance Intern Tien Nga, Dong Nai
- Develop Preventive Maintenance checklists for plant equipment.
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to reduce overall maintenance expenditure.
- Devise and recommend a Spare Part inventory for critical machinery to minimize downtime.

10) Product Development Intern Long Thanh, Dong Nai
- Evaluate processes and test new seasonings for adapting products and creating variants (flour coated, Aldi/USA, Topco/Hy-Vee).
- Run production trials for new and adapted products within factory capacity.
- Document findings and cross-functional collaboration on product development.

11) Quality Monitoring Intern Tien Nga, Dong Nai
- Monitor the quality of input and output data within defined systems or processes.
- Identify and track key metrics to assess data quality performance.

- Design and implement warehouse zones and stock mapping with appropriate labels and signage for efficient organization.

- Prepare production reports analyzing yield loss by contract, grades, and production line.

- Support the Production Accountant with daily report consolidation, identifying and resolving data anomalies in Roasting and Processing.
- Propose ideas for automating reporting processes and improving report files.
- Initiate and drive improvements in Processing Yield and ensure data accuracy for daily Roasting reports.

REQUIREMENTS
- Final year or fresher students in bachelors or masters degree program in a relevant field.
- Good at both written and spoken English.
- Working location: Mostly in Dong Nai Province, have shuttle bus service.
- Must have good academic records.
- Must be aspirational, have good interpersonal skills, good aptitude, team player and 'Can Do' spirit.
