This internship is designed to immerse you in a holistic product environment, from ideation to launch. We don't expect experts on day one, we build them. Our program is tailored to develop your capabilities, with a 6-month growth plan that adapts to your unique strengths and passions.
How You'll Contribute
- Automate with AI: Build AI workflows that automate processes and create new functionalities using Generative AI and LLM models. You'll learn the art of prompt engineering to get the best results from these models.
- Build Custom Tools: Help design and improve internal systems that boost productivity and save time, often by connecting different tools and APIs.
- Experiment with AI Agents: Support the team in building smart agents and helpers, from autonomous tools to smart inbox responders.
- Identify Opportunities: Proactively pinpoint bottlenecks and suggest innovative solutions to streamline design and creative delivery. You'll help us make sense of our data to inform these improvements.
- Participate in Product Development: Get hands-on with ideation, prototyping, testing, and launching new products and features.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as a bridge between designers, PMs, and marketing, making complex technical talk easy to understand.
- Support Scalable Systems: Help organize and maintain our files, docs, and tools to ensure a well-structured and scalable system.
- Practice Design Thinking: Learn the fundamentals of user empathy, user flows, and prototyping.
