JOB IN SUMMARY
The B2B International Sales Manager will focus on industrial B2B Sales for food ingredients in the Local & Export Market. This role involves developing and executing sales plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecast sales quotas, and identify new business opportunities to achieve annual sales targets for the spices market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients in the spices industry.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjust pricing strategies, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market conditions.
- Collaborate with other departments to expand the spice product portfolio, identify customer needs, and ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products.
- Perform tasks assigned by senior management.

- Must have strong sales background in B2B ingredients/ food ingredients.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
