1. Internal Control Department:

  • Coordinate the development/improvement of necessary internal regulations, procedures, and internal rules to effectively perform internal control work, in accordance with the Company's functional organizational structure (checking balances), the Company's internal regulations (rules, regulations, business procedures), relevant legal requirements, and professional code of conduct;
  • Integrate the implementation of internal control/audit work and risk management for the company, its products, and the aquaculture investment portfolios managed by the company:
  • Monitor and ensure that the net asset value of the companies and investment portfolios is valued in accordance with legal regulations, valuation manuals, and related asset trust contracts;
  • Ensure that the Company's assets and resources are managed safely, efficiently, and separately from the assets of the aquaculture customers; and that business management decisions are made within the proper authority. The company's main financial statements, operational reports, reports on key financial safety points, and other reports are prepared truthfully, accurately, promptly, and fully updated in accordance with legal regulations;
  • Ensure a backup information system is in place to promptly handle unforeseen events and ensure the company's continuous operation;
  • Coordinate the implementation of periodic audits and evaluations of: the company's functional structure, governance activities, operational activities, the consolidation and distribution of departments, levels of authority, levels of nurturing of business processes and risk management, strengthening conflicts of interest, and optimally protecting customer interests;
  • Coordinate the implementation of periodic inspections and evaluations of: internal control systems, business processes, information technology systems, reporting and information disclosure processes, processes for receiving and handling customer events and other internal regulations to update, upgrade, and improve them;
  • Timely identify and assess the level of risk, establish breakthrough measures, and address potential risks in the investment activities of the Company, its subsidiaries, and customers;
  • Propose effective solutions for resolving disputes and conflicts, creating favorable conditions for customers and partners; and develop contingency plans to address consequences when incidents occur;
  • Compile, store, statistically analyze, and monitor the Company's business activities and the personal transactions of its employees; 1. Internal Control Reports: Prepare and submit internal control reports to the State Certification Committee to identify hazardous risks in the Company's operations, including asset management, customer product management, and inspection and monitoring activities in each department and licensed business operation.
  • Conduct internal control over all operations of all departments within the Company and its subsidiaries; review audit reports of the Company and its subsidiaries, and aquaculture investment portfolios at least once a year;
  • Prepare internal management reports, propose solutions to improve the Company's operational efficiency; and monitor the implementation of post-audit recommendations approved by the Board of Directors.

2. Ad-hoc Tasks:

  • Prepare reports and perform syntactical analysis as requested by the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.
  • Perform tasks related to internal control as requested by the Executive Board.
Job requirements

1. Professional Experience:

  • At least 3 years of practical work experience in an accounting or auditing position;
  • At least 2 years of experience working in professional departments of securities trading organizations, credit institutions, insurance companies, or state management agencies in the fields of finance, banking, insurance, securities, and state auditing;
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting law, tax and accounting regulations, and regulations of the State Securities Commission.

2. Professional Qualifications:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in accounting/auditing; or a professional auditor certificate, or international accounting and auditing certificates such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CPA (Certified Public Accountants), CA (Chartered Accountants), ACA (Associate Chartered Accountants);
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a fund management certificate; or a professional asset management certificate from countries that are members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD); or having passed the international certification exam for investment analysis, CFA level II (Chartered Financial Analyst level II), or CIIA level II (Certified International Investment Analyst Final level); or possessing professional certificates in securities trading, fundamental issues of securities and the securities market, and securities and securities market law.
  • Proficient in accounting software and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Capable of analyzing, synthesizing, processing data, and preparing reports.
  • Careful, meticulous, honest, and highly responsible.

3. Other requirements:

  • Full legal capacity, not currently serving a prison sentence or prohibited from engaging in business activities by a court;
  • Not having been penalized with fines or more for violations of the law in the field of securities, banking, and insurance within two (02) years prior to the time of appointment.
