Job Description

Our client is a leading multinational non-life insurance company. With a strong presence in Vietnam, they are known for their solid financial foundation, global governance standards, and professional working environment.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, this role offers excellent benefits, a collaborative culture, and exposure to regional leadership. The position directly report to the Regional Audit Manager (Hong Kong) and General Director (Vietnam).

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end internal audit engagements, ensuring quality delivery within agreed timelines

  • Review audit workpapers, provide coaching and ensure high standards across the team

  • Lead complex audits covering both business processes and IT-dependent controls

  • Use approved audit tools, data analytics, and testing methodologies to deliver risk-based audits

  • Collaborate with regional audit, IT audit and data analytics teams to ensure integrated coverage

  • Support implementation of regional audit strategy and participate in centre of excellence initiatives (e.g. underwriting, claims, ESG, data analytics, risk culture)

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and handle diverse viewpoints professionally

  • Develop and coach team members, support recruitment, performance review and talent retention

  • Directly report to the Regional Audit Manager (Hong Kong) and General Director (Vietnam)

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields

  • Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CFA or CIA

  • Minimum 5 years of audit experience (Internal Audit or Big 4 preferred)

  • Experience in risk management is a plus

  • Strong background in the insurance industry is required

  • Fluent English, able to work with regional stakeholders

  • Able to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
