Your Day to Day
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support development opportunities across Vietnam and the wider region.
- Prepare presentations, pitch materials and proposals for potential hotel projects.
- Support the management of development data and track project progress.
- Assist with competitor analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Contribute to reports, case studies and ad‑hoc projects across the development team.
What We Need From You
- Currently in the final year of a degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of financial and business concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
