Job title: Tenant Design / Space Planning / Retail Design Management
Responsibilities:
Responsibility 1: Planning and building a layout of the leasing area Master plan & designing the model of planning space for the whole space for renting LOTTE Mart system
- Propose ideas and images to refer to, apply new interior trends (colors, materials) to the planning and design for the renovation and development of new images of the rental area of the commercial center.
- Contribute, jointly build ideas or trends of the model and layout of space in the mall & learn the reference image to support the design consultancy of the tenant
- Participate and evaluate from simple to complex in the design model. Monitoring and navigation throughout the tenant's design
- Provide the tenant's premises plan for the rental counter department and technical information related to the rental location, requirements in the current regulatory standards, outline the rental boundary line (LOD) accurately, study the layout of space and calculate the various rental scenarios proposed to meet the construction rules basically, the current layout and give the Standard Guide of the Lessee.
- Research, arrange & propose appropriate rental plan and provide guidelines on design standards for each area in accordance with the new needs and orientations of the company
Responsibility 2: Evaluating, implementing and managing the tenant's design instruments at LOTTE Mart system
- Update the overall premises, rental location according to the existence
- Check out all tenant designs including space design, storefronts, signage, and furniture, lighting and finishing materials to ensure the best solution for an inspiring and efficient consumer experience.
- Inspect the construction works in and out of the rent counter door, monitor and request adjustment of errors arising to ensure compliance with the approved design specifications. Record work photo logs, check daily photos to report progress and co-monitor with the store
- Manage the workflow; supervise the completion of the work and information to promote the progress for the relevant departments.
- Arrange travel and exchange with the lessee to survey the degree at the premises. Information, answers to the lessee questions about the process, and prepare meeting minutes and documents recognizing/ evaluating the status characteristics when handing over
- Exchange information, in conjunction with other departments to establish common safety objectives (interior design drawings, technical details of MEP systems and Architecture)
Responsibility 3: Implementing current standard information for tenants and developing companies
- Currently & In charge of giving the idea of the master plan of the rental area, demonstrating the design of 3D
Requirements:
Education level: College or higher
Major: Architecture, Interior Design, Exterior, Construction or other related professions
Knowledge
- Experience in interior space design (furniture equipment booths, kiosks, restaurants, fashion stores, apartments..)

- Understanding the law on appraisal and approval of projects related to modeling, design, construction, interior construction

Necessary skills:
- Proficient use Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, 3Ds max, Sketch up.
- Time management skills, job arrangements
