Job Description
- Analyze briefs and product requirements from PMs or clients.
- Transform requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and final UI designs.
- Design digital products (app/web/mobile) with solid UX thinking and logical structure.
- Work primarily with Figma, using auto layout, components, and variants effectively.
- Follow a clean naming convention and maintain organized, developer-friendly files.
- Present design flows clearly, ensuring smooth handoff to the development team.
- Collaborate with team members in brainstorming and UX problem solving.
- Apply current UX best practices, consistency, and accessibility principles in designs.
Requirements
- Proficient in Figma, especially in component systems, auto layout, and variants.
- Strong logical thinking and understanding of user flow & information hierarchy.
- Ability to present design files in a clean and systematic manner.
- Familiarity with modern UX principles, UI patterns, and interaction guidelines.
- Able to interpret product requirements into effective visual interfaces.
- Comfortable using plugins and tools to streamline workflow (e.g., Iconify, Content Reel, Anima).
- Good communication and teamwork skills, able to take and apply feedback.
- Preferably has done real-world projects or well-structured personal projects.
Nice to Have
- Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or advanced prototyping tools.
- Basic knowledge of front-end (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.
