Job Description:

The Integrated Marketing & Campaign Associate supports the planning and execution of

integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business

growth.

This role focuses on ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns across online and

offline channels, working closely with cross functional teams within SPX's nationwide network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Coordination

  • Support in developing integrated campaign plans aligned with marketing and business priorities
  • Assist in translating strategy into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate across online, offline, and field marketing channels to ensure alignment

2. Campaign Execution & Delivery

  • Support end-to-end execution of campaigns, including:

- Brand campaigns

- Seasonal campaigns (Tet, mega campaigns, peak periods)

- Product / service launches

- Commercial push campaigns by region or segment

  • Track timelines, milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time
  • Ensure consistency and quality across campaign touchpoints
  • Work closely with cross functional teams:

- Communication team (messaging, creative assets)

- Offline Marketing (activation execution)

- Performance Marketing

- BD / Sales (seller engagement)

- Operations (execution feasibility)

3. Campaign Performance & Reporting

  • Support tracking of campaign KPIs (volume, acquisition, engagement, adoption)
  • Consolidate campaign results and prepare post-campaign reports
  • Assist in identifying key learnings and improvement opportunities

4. Agency & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors for campaign production and execution
  • Follow up on timelines, deliverables, and quality control

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years of Marketing experience
  • Experience in campaign execution or coordination (online and/or offline)
  • Experience in fast paced or high growth environments is a plus
  • Background in Logistics / E-commerce / FMCG / Retail is preferred
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail oriented with strong execution capability
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment
