Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain TPM programs to optimize equipment performance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor equipment performance, analyze data to identify root causes and propose improvement actions.
  • Ensure TPM activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Optimize spare parts management, ensuring proper inventory control and availability of critical parts to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure stable and efficient operations.
  • Regularly evaluate TPM implementation and propose continuous improvements for sustainable development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Job Specifications

Education:

  • College degree or above
  • Major in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in TPM
Knowledge & Competencies
  • Experience in operational engineering and maintenance processes
  • Strong knowledge of TPM implementation
  • Ability to read and analyze technical drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, P&ID)
  • Understanding of LEAN, Six Sigma, and quality improvement methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations
  • Proficient in SOP, SAP, AutoCAD, 5S, Microsoft Excel & Office tools
Language Skills
  • Vietnamese: Fluent
  • English: Fluent (spoken & written)
  • Spanish: An advantage
Other Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
