Role Purpose

LRQA is seeking a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to help shape the future of sustainability across global supply chains. You will be the face of LRQA for leading brands, retailers, suppliers, and intermediariesworking closely with senior leadership, global partners, and Fortune 500 companies.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands supply chain dynamics, and is committed to advancing corporate social responsibility (CSR). You'll play a key role in driving our vision: shifting from traditional social auditing to innovative approaches like direct worker engagement, risk analytics, and supplier ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle: from lead qualification to closing deals and negotiating contracts.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies in collaboration with global and local leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze customer portfolios to uncover growth potential.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand LRQA's reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Stay current on LRQA's services, pricing, and sustainability initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or client relationship development.
  • Strong understanding of supply chains and CSR.
  • CRM experience (Dynamics365 preferred).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Proven track record in client development and new service launches.
  • Passion for sustainability, CSR, and economic development.
