A. OVERALL
Take a pioneering role in researching, analyzing, and proposing strategic, creative investment opportunities that open up entirely new growth spaces for the company. Focus on sectors and industries with outstanding growth potential based on the global policy shifts, consumer trends, and technological innovations, to build long-term and sustainable investment strategies for the company.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Research and Forecasting Trends
- Analyze international policy trends (e.g. energy transition, ESG, carbon emission reduction, food security, technology security).
- Monitor changes in global market demand and the development of new technologies (AI, biotech, green tech, semiconductors, data centers).
- Forecast booming growth sectors in the next 510 years.
2. Seek and Evaluate Breakthrough Investment Opportunities
- Propose new industries/sectors with the potential to create exceptional growth spaces.
- Develop future investment scenarios, analyzing case studies from multinational companies (SoftBank, Wilmar, SK Inc).
- Evaluate the alignment with the companys capabilities, ecosystem, and strategy.
3. Investment Strategy and Creative Proposals
- Develop a long-term investment opportunity map for the company.
- Provide recommendations on methods of participation: direct investment, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, or M&A.
- Propose new business models (new business model innovation).
4. Internal Communication and Advisory
- Present research and reports to the Executive Board.
- Participate in the overall strategy formulation process, acting as a think-tank for the company.
C. QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Management, Public Policy, Technology, or related fields.
- Preference for candidates with a Masters degree / International MBA.
2. Language:
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and presentation).

- In-depth understanding of global trends (AI, foodtech, ESG, healthcare, etc.).
