Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for IT Staff at HS HYOSUNG GLOBAL LOGISTICS VINA, located in District 1. The IT Staff will be responsible for providing user support, handling IT-related issues, installing and configuring devices, and coordinating with the relative team to maintain network security. Daily tasks will include responding to IT support requests from employees, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the companys IT systems run smoothly and securely.

• Network and software management as HLMS, SAP,
• Technical support.
• Database management.
• Information security.
• Hardware and equipment management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support some works of GA team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

• University graduate with major in IT.
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Agile style, polite attitude, good communication and information transfer skills.
• Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-controlled, careful, meticulous and responsible for work.
• Proficient in using Excel, Word, ... and related software.
• Good communication skills in English and ability to write reports in English.
