Industrial Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead Lean Initiatives: Drive key Lean improvement projects (capacity analysis, efficiency analysis, manufacturing cost reduction) aligned with company and center strategic plans.

2. Standardize Production Processes: Define engineering standards (time, process flow, WIP, layout) to achieve data and operational standardization. Develop and maintain standardized production workflows and documentation.

3. Manage Investment Projects: Track, optimize, and manage progress and execution of CAPEX projects against annual budgets. Validate results and conduct post-project reviews upon completion.

4. Drive Process Improvement: Analyze production data (capacity, efficiency, cost) to identify opportunities, formulate improvement plans, and oversee implementation of production process enhancements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above.

2. 5+ years experience in Industrial Engineering.

3. Proficiency in English or Chinese is required.
