Key Responsibilities
Technical PreSales & Solution Design
- Provide technical pre-sales support and articulate infrastructure designs across at least two domains: compute, storage, EUC, virtualization, and networking.
- Understand client needs and translate them into tailored hybrid cloud solutions.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop infrastructure approaches and support solution sales.
Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering
- Develop and maintain intermediate-level skills on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Design and manage hybrid cloud environments integrating public cloud and on-premise systems.
- Assess and optimize infrastructure components (hardware, software, virtualization).
- Recommend cloud architecture options that align with business and project requirements.
- Translate project requirements into scalable cloud infrastructure designs.
Operations, Troubleshooting & Migration
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and cloud issues quickly and effectively.
- Support cloud migration, modernization initiatives, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor resource utilization, optimize performance, and ensure reliability and security.
- Conduct deployment activities, migrations, and environment upgrades.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Work with clients to understand technical needs and deliver suitable solutions.
- Provide training and technical support to internal teams interacting with cloud infrastructure.
Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing public cloud solutions, including container services, compute, storage, networking, and DevOpsrelated components.
- Deep knowledge of at least one major public cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong technical exposure to vendors such as Microsoft, Google, VMware, Dell, HPE, IBM, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Solid presales experience within a System Integrator environment.
Preferred
- Multi-cloud hands-on skills (Azure + AWS + GCP).
- Experience with hybrid infrastructure, virtualization, and large-scale migrations.
