Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall administration operations, ensuring efficient office management and workplace environment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance company culture, retention, and team performance.
- Oversee employee relations, handle internal issues, and ensure a positive and professional working environment.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company regulations.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with business strategy.
- Manage payroll processing, employee claims, and expense administration accurately and on time.
- Design and implement compensation & benefits programs to remain competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Plan and execute periodic training programs to develop employee capabilities and leadership pipeline.
- Monitor employee turnover and resignation trends, analyze root causes, and propose actionable improvement plans.
- Utilize HR systems and data analytics to track HR metrics, improve efficiency, and support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability in HR operations, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
- Experience managing C&B, and administrative functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with HR systems, tools, and data analytics.
