Job Description

Strategic HR Business Partner for Sewing and manufacturing units in HCMC, driving workforce planning, labor compliance, and organizational effectiveness aligned with business objectives. Oversee HRBP and factory recruitment teams, ensure sufficient and timely workforce supply, and lead organizational optimization initiatives to reduce indirect labor ratio and improve operational efficiency.

Reports to: HR Director

Location: HCM

Scope: Sewing Factory & Other Factories in HCM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. HR Business Partnering
  2. Partner with Factory Directors and Functional Heads to align HR strategy with production and operational goals
  3. Provide strategic advice on manpower planning, workforce optimization, and organization structure
  4. Support leadership in change management and organizational development
  5. Workforce Planning & Talent Management
  6. Oversee recruitment planning for blue-collar & white-collar workforce
  7. Monitor manpower budgeting and headcount control
  8. Develop succession planning and talent pipeline for key positions
  9. Coordinate training and leadership development programs
  10. Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
  11. Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and company regulations
  12. Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary cases, and grievance management
  13. Manage labor union coordination (if applicable)
  14. Monitor factory HR audits and compliance requirements
  15. Performance & KPI Management
  16. Implement performance management system across factories
  17. Monitor HR KPIs: turnover rate, absenteeism, productivity ratio, labor cost
  18. Provide monthly HR reports and workforce analytics to HR Director
  19. Culture & Engagement
  20. Drive employee engagement initiatives
  21. Strengthen internal communication between factory & corporate
  22. Promote company culture, discipline, and compliance
  23. HR Operations Oversight
  24. Ensure sufficient and timely workforce supply for factories
  25. •Research and implement organizational improvement initiatives to reduce indirect labor ratio

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or related field
  2. Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HRBP or HR Manager role in manufacturing
  3. Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law
  4. Experience managing large blue-collar workforce (500+ employees preferred)
  5. Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills
  6. Good analytical skills & HR data reporting
  7. English proficiency is an advantage
  8. Willing to travel frequently to factories in the Southern region
