We are urgently seeking an experienced Cluster HR Manager to support the development and operations of our growing portfolio of restaurants and beach clubs in Phu Quoc.

This is a key role responsible for driving people strategy, talent development, and HR operations in a fast-paced, multi-concept lifestyle hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple outlets.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition coordination
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies in Vietnam
  • Support pre-opening HR setup, workforce planning, and organizational structure design
  • Partner with operations and leadership teams to build a strong service-driven culture
  • Manage training, development, and succession planning programs

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in human resources management or business administration from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within a cluster or group HR function, local experience is a must
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, F&B, luxury retail, or multi-outlet operations preferred
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam labor market and HR practices
  • Experience in pre-opening or fast-paced expansion environments is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (Verbal/Written)
  • Exceptional computer skills
