As we continue our growth in Vietnam, we are hiring a top-notch Director of Operations to drive the success of our restaurants and beach clubs in Phu Quoc.

This is a key leadership role for a dynamic professional with strong experience in luxury & lifestyle hospitality and multi-unit operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-opening, launch, and operational setup of multiple F&B concepts
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across restaurants and beach clubs
  • Drive commercial performance, budgeting, and P&L management
  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand standards
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with culinary, marketing, finance, and HR to drive operational strategy, performance, and brand alignment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • BA degree in Business Administration or Hospitality from a reputable university
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of hospitality in management level, a minimum of 3 years as Director of F&B or Director of Operation from luxury or lifestyle hospitality
  • Strong experience managing multi-unit or cluster operations
  • Proven track record in pre-opening projects
  • Strong international experience, with prior exposure to Vietnam or Southeast Asia highly preferred.
  • Commercially driven with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity
  • Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
  • Excellent communication and negotiation Skills
  • Excellent computer skills
