Job discription
1.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Management
- Manage the entire recruitment process from workforce planning, job posting, screening, interviewing to selection.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies tailored to the Fintech/Tech Startup industry.
- Focus on recruiting key positions: Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Develop employer branding to enhance Finan's image as an employer of choice.
2. HR Systems & Processes Development
- Establish and standardize HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluation, contract management, and employee records.
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits policies suitable for the Startup/Fintech market.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and related regulations.
- Digitize HR processes, implement and manage HRIS systems.
3. Culture Development & Employee Engagement
- Build and maintain a dynamic, creative company culture suitable for a Startup environment.
- Design engagement programs, team building activities, and employee experience initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day HR support and consultation for employees and managers.
4. Training & Employee Development
- Identify training needs and develop capability development programs for employees.
- Support the development of career paths for positions within the company.
- Implement internal training programs and connect with external training partners.
5.HR Reporting & Data Analysis
- Track and report HR metrics: turnover rate, time-to-hire, employee satisfaction, etc.
- Analyze HR data to provide improvement recommendations.
- Prepare regular HR reports for the Management Board.
Requirement
1.Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience at HR Manager level.
- Total of 5+ years of experience in the HR field.
- Experience working at Startups, tech companies, or Fintech is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
2.Skills & Competencies
- Smart & Sharp Thinking: Ability to analyze problems quickly and deliver creative, effective solutions in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong Learning Spirit (Growth Mindset): Proactively update new HR trends, willing to experiment and apply modern management methods.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders from interns to C-level executives.
- Ability to work independently and handle high pressure in a Startup environment.
- Proficient in HR tools, HRIS systems, and office software.
- Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
