Key Responsibilities
1. HR Information System Management
- Develop, operate, and optimize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Ensure data security, integrity, and timely updates
- Integrate HRIS with ERP, payroll, timekeeping, and recruitment platforms
2. HR Data Analytics
- Collect, process, and analyze data related to recruitment, turnover, performance, training, and compensation
- Build dashboards and periodic reports to support strategic decision-making
- Forecast HR trends: attrition rates, training needs, recruitment effectiveness
3. Data Strategy & Digital Transformation
- Propose digital transformation strategies for HR processes
- Advise leadership on technology solutions for HR management
- Ensure data is leveraged as a strategic asset to improve operational efficiency
4. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop the data analytics and system administration team
- Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and foster a professional working culture
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, HR Management, or Data Analytics
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT or HR data analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Skills:
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, advanced Excel
- Knowledge of HRIS and ERP systems
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and internal communication skills
