- Ensure consistent and compliant people practices across the business.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employment matters.
3. Performance, Learning & Engagement
- Coordinate performance review and feedback processes.
- Support leadership capability building and employee development initiatives.
- Drive training, engagement, wellbeing, and recognition programs.
- Promote company values and a positive workplace culture.
4. HR Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, Fair Work requirements, Modern Awards, and company policies.
- Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Support HR reporting, analytics, audits, and governance activities.
- Assist with organisational change initiatives.
5. HR Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Improve HR processes, systems, and service delivery.
- Support HR technology implementation and optimisation.
- Analyse workforce data and recommend improvements.
- Enhance efficiency and employee experience.
6. Strategic HR Partnership
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders across functions.
- Provide practical HR advice aligned with business objectives.
- Support workforce challenges, business growth, and organisational initiatives.
- Represent HR in cross-functional projects.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Employment Relations, or related discipline.
- 5+ years experience in HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and support leaders at all levels.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and judgement.
