Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR and serve as a trusted business partner to leaders. This role requires a strong HR generalist with deep expertise in HR compliance, employee relations, workplace investigations, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate can balance business needs with legal compliance while driving practical HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
  • Lead HR compliance by ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct workplace investigations involving misconduct, policy violations, and ethics concerns, providing clear findings and recommendations.
  • Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of core HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide trusted HR advice to senior leaders.
  • Coach and develop the HR team while driving operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong HR generalist background with hands on experience across multiple HR functions.
  • Proven expertise in HR compliance, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in fast paced organizations such as fintech, technology, digital banking, or startups.
  • Experience in multinational or regional organizations is a plus.
