MAIN DUTIES
Execute the global HR strategy at the location and comply with global guidelines and standard processes, explain HR-relevant processes, provide standards, guidelines, and service & solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
Support and consult the regional HR management team on overall topics and framework.
Project lead of country-projects (eg BV A) managed locally/regionally.
Actively participate in stakeholder meetings, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and network.
Act as an internal consultant for individual, team, and organizational issues, from H2R. Provide coaching and guidance to local managers on a range of HR matters including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning, etc.
Drive the talent acquisition process, partnering with recruitment teams to attract, assess, and select the right people (incl. direct & indirect labor), boost onboarding employee experience, and maintain a high level of motivation with stakeholders.
Understand the business and observe HR-relevant issues, proactively propose and initiate HR activities. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address to key stakeholders.
Explain and ensure the application of standards (optionally together with Experts), stay updated on HR best practices, legal requirements, and industry trends to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Lead change management initiatives with key stakeholders to support organizational transformation and ensure the smooth implementation of HR programs in.
Handle HR-related operations tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field. The certified professional certification is accepted.
Having 3 years of working experience in similar roles or being potential to growth in the next 2 years.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Labor Code.
Hands-on person with a Can-do attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics specific to drive decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Familiar with working with employees at all levels (Office, onsite engineers, and workshop operators).
