We are a Korean FDI operating in Vietnam with regional headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City and production facility in Vinh Long Province. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Thu uc. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and staffing, performance management, employee relations, compliance with labor law, training and development, and ensuring a productive and safe work environment. The HR Manager will collaborate with department heads to develop strategic plans and provide coaching and guidance on HR issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Skills in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Experience in visa and work permit process for foreigners
• Experience in training and development
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competence in English, fluency in Vietnamese
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
