We are looking for a talented HR Generalist eager to take the next step in their career!
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Carry out the full process of long-term HR strategic planning, employer branding, and recruitment according to business needs.
- Talent Management: Support Managers and the Board of Directors in developing and retaining talent, and optimizing workforce effectiveness through monitoring and organizing training as required; support performance management processes and succession planning.
- Compensation & Benefits: Build and manage compensation and benefits policies; handle attendance tracking, monthly payroll, bonuses, welfare programs, and statutory insurance (social/health/unemployment insurance) in accordance with regulations.
- Administration: Manage office supplies; act as the contact point for service providers (cleaning, landscaping, internet, IT, etc.); organize internal company events; maintain document filing; and support daily administrative and office tasks.
- Working hours:Monday to Saturday morning (work from home 1 day a week).
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- At least 34 years of experience in an HR position.
- Ability to work independently with high responsibility and effective problem-solving skills.
- Confident, effective communication skills; strong relationship-building and relationship-management abilities; confidence working with various personality types.
- Strong organizational and planning skills; good task management, multitasking ability, and always maintaining clear oversight of work progress.
- Detail-oriented, careful, and accurate.
- Dynamic demeanor and professional working attitude.
- Honest, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.
Preferred:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or Talent Management (TM) is an advantage.
- English proficiency at B1 (intermediate) level or equivalent.
- Proactive attitude; does not wait to be assigned work; willing to propose improvement ideas, experiment, and optimize work processes.
