Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end employee & third-party employee life cycle: Recruitment, Onboarding, Internal Transfer, Offboarding
  • Build relationships with warehouse leaders to offer thoughts, and coordinate and execute people-related projects
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to implement relevant training programs at the site.
  • Review and improve Human Resource processes at sites and align with total HR processes across warehouses
  • In charge of Human Resource-related documents recording and reporting at the site
  • Collaborate with other team members on projects for warehouses
  • Manage time attendance report and system

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of previous experience in Human resources functions of multinational companies, manufacturing or retail sectors, e-commerce industry
  • Experience in working with various types of employees (blue collar, white collar)
  • Working knowledge of Human resources including time attendance, compensation practices, and labor laws
  • Good ability to understand business operations from a Human resources perspective
  • Good at Excel, and Data
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written, with fluency in English
  • Able to travel to work in Cu Chi Warehouse several days per week.
