Job Description
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and meetings.
- Handle documents, contracts, and filing.
- Support the full recruitment cycle: from posting jobs to screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding and maintain personnel records.
Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, office administration, or a generalist support role.
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or a fast-paced operational environment is a strong plus.
- Candidates must be fluent in spoken English and possess native or business proficiency in Vietnamese.
- Willing and able to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-task setting.
