Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities based on the company's hiring plan, including job posting, CV screening, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and communicating interview results.
  • Conduct onboarding for new employees in accordance with company procedures.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain employment contracts and employee records.
  • Support HR administration for the Hong Kong office (3 employees).
  • Monitor and develop internal training programs.
  • Coordinate with Department Heads/Team Leaders to organize employee training sessions.
  • Support administrative tasks for the Hong Kong office, including health/accident insurance and office rental expenses.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and employee engagement activities such as Team Building, Year-End Party, International Women's Day (March 8), Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20), etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Generalist HR role.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working with overseas offices is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions, particularly recruitment and training processes.
  • Passion for human resources and people-related work.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
  • Interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
