Manage end-to-end recruitment activities based on the company's hiring plan, including job posting, CV screening, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and communicating interview results.
Conduct onboarding for new employees in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare, manage, and maintain employment contracts and employee records.
Support HR administration for the Hong Kong office (3 employees).
Monitor and develop internal training programs.
Coordinate with Department Heads/Team Leaders to organize employee training sessions.
Support administrative tasks for the Hong Kong office, including health/accident insurance and office rental expenses.
Assist in organizing internal events and employee engagement activities such as Team Building, Year-End Party, International Women's Day (March 8), Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20), etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in a Generalist HR role.
Fluent in English
Experience working with overseas offices is an advantage.
Solid understanding of HR functions, particularly recruitment and training processes.
Passion for human resources and people-related work.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
Interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
