Operating under a holding model with 5 member companies (Red One Media, An Tu, Vibe Media, Forest Music, and HG Entertainment), we are entering a strategic breakthrough phase (2026–2028) with a target growth rate of 150% per year. 2. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning: Act as a direct advisor to the Chairman on HR strategies aligned with business goals and group growth plans.
- Organizational Development: Design and optimize the organizational structure of the Holding model to ensure performance and scalability.
- Talent Management: Develop group-wide recruitment, training, and talent development strategies; optimize candidate experience and employer branding.
- HR Foundations: Design competitive compensation and benefits (C&B) frameworks, career roadmaps, and transparent labor relations systems.
- Culture & Engagement: Promote and embed our core values—Creativity, Customer-centricity, Teamwork, Discipline, and Kindness—across the group.
- Digital Transformation: Implement Group-wide HRM/HRIS systems and leverage data-driven HR insights for strategic decision-making.
3. REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum of 08 years in HR, with at least 03 years as an HR Director or Head of HR.
- Preferred Background: Experience in Holding models, multi-unit organizations, or the creative content and technology sectors.
- Capabilities: Strategic mindset, ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, and strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Attributes: High EQ, transparency, consistency, and the ability to thrive in a high-speed environment.
